Regarding Installment payment
With installment payment, you undertake to pay the full amount over the selected installments. If the agreement is breached, the remaining payment is due for immediate payment (no later than 3 business days after cancellation), and the possibility of a refund or a place on the course/workshop expires after the 4th business day (see also trading conditions). It is important to understand that if the User defaults on the payment agreement, money will not be returned after the 4th day.

You can only pay by credit card for installment payments, and the full amount must be available when the purchase is made (the bank's security).

The payment will be withdrawn from the User's payment card every month, from the day the purchase goes through - i.e. if you buy the course on 12 March, the subsequent installments will be paid on the 12th of each month until the agreed amount is paid in full. If the installment payment continues after the course has been held, the User must continue to pay and comply with the agreed installment payment.You can see the future payment dates by clicking on the small arrow under 'For payment today'.

Regarding right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal for the purchase of courses and gift cards: The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the order confirmation. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in a clear statement via email (eagleroad@eagleroad.dk) no later than 14 days after receiving the order confirmation. On 15 days, the purchase is valid. You can cancel your purchase up to 45 days before the course start date (only applies to physical courses) for an administration fee of DKK 250.00. After this, no refund will be given. In certain cases, an agreement can be made that instead of a refund, you can be offered a discount (based on the amount paid) on a future course (upon entering into such an agreement, the possibility of a refund ceases), but such an agreement must be entered into with Eagleroad (eagleroad@eagleroad.dk).
